Is there car parking ?
Free car parking is available at all locations. Many of our marinas are also close to main line railway stations.
Do you operate day hire ?
No. Our canal boats have sleeping facilities and are not suitable for day hire. Our minimum rental period is 3 nights, but you can bring the boat back earlier if you wish.
What happens if we have a problem ?
Our dedicated team are on hand twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies. Your safety and enjoyment are our paramount concern.
Do we need a license to operate the boat ?
The boat and contents are fully insured. The only thing that is not insured by us are (a) your car which is probably protected under your motor policy and (b) your personal possessions which are also probably covered under your house contents insurance but please check your own policies carefully.
Where do I find canal maps ?
We sell canal maps and guides at our marinas (subject to availability). You can also buy via our amazon store if you wish to plan ahead.
Where can we stop ?
You can moor up wherever you like find a nice spot and tie up.
Do you allow pets on your canal boats?
Many of our boats accept a pets. There may be additional charges for taking your pets. For more information, please see the booking form.
